Parents for Inclusive Excellence (P.I.E.) at St. Catherine’s School strives to build and strengthen our community through understanding and connectedness. We believe in the importance of supporting and creating space for marginalized students. P.I.E. demonstrates mutual respect and humility through our actions and communication - honoring the dignity and experiences of all individuals and groups.
P.I.E. envisions St. Catherine’s school as one which prepares all girls with opportunities to examine diverse perspectives and real-world challenges. We look toward a school that graduates young women who are global thinkers and leaders, possessing a cultural competence viewed through an inclusive lens.
What We Do
St. Catherine’s School is committed to providing an inclusive educational environment. We actively engage students, families, faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Our school community respects the differences in ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status. Consistent with the School’s mission, St. Catherine’s School fosters in our students, and expects from all others, respect for the dignity and wholeness of every person.
To further ensure we uphold this focus, various leadership groups work collaboratively to weave mutual respect into every facet of school life across all divisions.
